Council considered approving an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to sign consent <br />to assignment of the TML-GBRP to TME-IEBP. <br />Director of Administrative Services Louis Rigby presented summary and <br />recommendation. <br />Assistant City Attorney read: ORDINANCE 2000-2399 — AN ORDINANCE <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT FROM THE <br />TEXAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE GROUP BENEFIT RISK POOL TO THE TEXAS <br />MUNICIPAL LEAGUE INTERGOVERNMENTAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS POOL; <br />MAKING VARIOUS FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE <br />SUBJECT; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Engelken to approve ordinance 2000-2399 as <br />presented by Mr. Rigby. Second by Councilperson Clarke. Council considered authorizing the City Manager to execute a Utility Extension <br />Agreement with John Frantz. <br />Director of Planning Doug Kneupper presented summary and recommendation and <br />answered the City Council's questions. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Ebow to approve Utility Extension Agreement as <br />presented by Mr. Kneupper. Second by Councilperson Engelken.
