Rhonda Smith —1985 Lomax School Rd., LaPorte, Texas 77571 —Ms. <br />Smith addressed City Council and informed them she is opposed to the <br />extension of Farrington Blvd. <br />c. Cher Barron— 1602 Lomax School Rd., LaPorte, Texas 77571 —Ms. <br />Barron addressed City Council and informed them she is opposed to the <br />extension of Farrington Blvd. <br />d.
