The <br />request is to construct an eighteen-inch (18") refined petroleum products pipeline. The pipeline <br />will transport gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, heating oil, and kerosene at a temperature of between 600 <br />and 800 F at a maximum pressure of 944 psig. <br /> <br />The request meets all requirements of Ordinance 915. The application fee of1/300.00 and the <br />first year's permit fee of$200.00 has been paid. Any future relocation of the pipeline permitted <br />within the City, State or County rights-of-way shall be at the sole expense of the permittee. <br /> <br />Action Required bv Council: Approve Ordinance No. 2001-915-TT approving a permit to <br />Amoco Pipeline Company for an eighteen-inch (18") refined petroleum products pipeline. <br /> <br />Approved for City Council Aeenda <br /> <br />~J.U~ <br />Robert T.
