Andricks (Commercial Building in Residential Zone) <br />HCAD #084-289-000-0178 <br /> <br />Building Official Debbie Wilmore presented summary and slide show on each ofthe <br />above referenced properties. In addition, Ms. Wilmore requested approval to move <br />forward with a Public Hearing to be held on September 24, 2001. <br /> <br />Council unanimously agreed Ms. Wilmore could move forward with the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />12. Council considered authorizing the place, date, and time of the Public Hearing on the <br />Budget. <br /> <br />Assistant Finance Director, Michael Dolby, presented summary and recommendation of <br />the date of September 10, 2001 to hold the public hearing at the Regular Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Porter to approve recommended Public Hearing as <br />presented by Mr. Dolby. Second by Councilperson Ebow. The motion carried. <br /> <br />Ayes: Sutherland, Engelken, Ebow, Griffiths, Porter, Warren, Young, Clarke, and <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br /> <br />13. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br /> <br />City Manager Robert T. Herrera reminded Council there will be a Town Meeting to <br />discuss the Parks and Recreation Master Plan on September 5, 2001 at the Sylvan Beach <br />Pavilion at 7:00 pm. He encouraged the public to attend. <br />
