<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 7:00 p.m.
<br />
<br />Members of City Council Present: Councilpersons Guy Sutherland, Chuck Engelken,
<br />Howard Ebow, Peter Griffiths, Alton Porter, James Warren, Charlie Young, Jerry Clarke,
<br />and Mayor Norman Malone.

<br />3. Council considered approving the Minutes of the Special Called Workshop Meeting of
<br />La Porte City Council held on September 8, 2001, and the Minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting, Public Hearings, and Workshop Meeting of La Porte City Council held on
<br />September 10, 2001.
<br />
<br />Motion was made by Councilperson Ebow to approve the minutes ofthe Special Called
<br />Workshop Meeting held on September 8. 2001 and the minutes of the Regular Meeting.
<br />Public Hearings. and Workshop Meeting of La Porte City Council Meeting held on
<br />September 10. 2001as presented. Second by Councilperson Engelken. The motion
<br />carried.
