<br />1. Call to Order
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m.

<br />2. Reverend Oliver Stillwell of First Assembly of God of La Porte delivered the invocation.
<br />3. Mayor Norman Malone led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />4. Council considered approving the Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Public Heazing of
<br />the La Porte City Council held on September 23, 2002.
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember En~,elken to approve the .Minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting; and the Public Heazing of the La Porte City Council held on September 23, 2002.
<br />Second by Councilmember Ebow. The motion carried.

<br />5. PRESENTATIONS/PROCLAMATIONS
<br />Mayor Norman Malone presented Richard McClellan with a proclamation recognizing
<br />"Wings Over Houston Week".
