<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m.

<br />2. Reverend Ron Burnett of Victory Tabernacle delivered the invocation.
<br />3. Mayor Malone led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />4. Council considered approving the Minutes of the Special Called Regular Meeting of La
<br />Porte City Council held on November 18, 2002.
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Warren to approve the minutes of the Special Called
<br />Regular Meeting held on November 18, 2002. Second by Councilmember Engelken. The
<br />motion carried.

<br />5. Purchasing Manager Susan Kelley and Director of Administrative Services Carol Buttler
<br />presented Purchasing's Warehouse Coordinator John Ryan with the Employee of the P
<br />Quarter of 2002 for the City of La Porte.
