<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m.

<br />2. Reverend Danny Wayman of First United Methodist Church of La Porte delivered the
<br />invocation.
<br />3. Mayor Malone led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />4. Council considered approving the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of La Porte City Council
<br />held on January 27, 2003.
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Warren to approve the Minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of La Porte City Council held on January 27, 2003. Second by Councilmember
<br />Griffiths. The motion carried.

<br />Nays: None ;
<br />Abstain: Ebow
