<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m.

<br />2. Mayor Norman Malone delivered the invocation.
<br />3. Mayor Norman Malone led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />4. Council considered approving the minutes of the Special Called Meeting held on February 8,
<br />2003 and the Regular Meeting and Public Hearing held on February 10, 2003.
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Bruce Meismer to approve the Minutes of the Special
<br />Called Meeting held on February 8, 2003 and the Regular Meeting and Public Hearing held on
<br />February 10, 2003. Second by Councilmember James Warren. The motion carried.
