DEPARTMENTAL REVIEW 1. Emergency Services Department - 3-14 - City Manager Debra Feazelle provided an overview of the Emergency Management budget and answered Council's questions. Assistant Fire Marshal Phil Creamer provided an overview of the Fire Marshal's budget and answered City Council's questions. Fire Chief Mike Boaze provided an overview of the Fire Emergency Services Budgets an answered Council's questions. Council retired for a break at 7:23 p.m. and returned to the table at 7:35 p.m. There was no discussion of business while on break. 2. Police Department -3-22 - Police Chief Richard Reffprovided an overview and answered Council's questions. 3. Administration -3-40 - City Secretary Martha Gillett provided an overview of the City Secretary and City Council's budget and answered questions. City Manager Debra Feazelle provided an overview of the City Manager's budget and answered Council's questions. 4. Finance Department - 3-67 - Assistant Finance Director Michael Dolby provided an overview of the Finance Department's budget and answered Council's questions. 5. Public Works Department - Director of Public Works Steve Gillett provided City Council with an overview and answered Council's questions. Council noted concerns on garbage bag reduction and will be discussing further in this budget workshop process.
