Special Revenue Funds Overview - City Manager Debra Feazelle provided an overview and <br />answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />F. DEPARTMENTAL REVIEW <br /> <br />1. Emergency Services Department - 3-14 - City Manager Debra Feazelle provided an <br />overview of the Emergency Management budget and answered Council's questions. <br />Assistant Fire Marshal Phil Creamer provided an overview of the Fire Marshal's <br />budget and answered City Council's questions. Fire Chief Mike Boaze provided an <br />overview of the Fire Emergency Services Budgets an answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />Council retired for a break at 7:23 p.m. and returned to the table at 7:35 p.m. There was <br />no discussion of business while on break. <br /> <br />2. Police Department -3-22 - Police Chief Richard Reffprovided an overview and <br />answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />3. Administration -3-40 - City Secretary Martha Gillett provided an overview of the <br />City Secretary and City Council's budget and answered questions. City Manager <br />Debra Feazelle provided an overview of the City Manager's budget and answered <br />Council's questions. <br /> <br />4. Finance Department - 3-67 - Assistant Finance Director Michael Dolby provided an <br />overview of the Finance Department's budget and answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />5. Public Works Department - Director of Public Works Steve Gillett provided City <br />Council with an overview and answered Council's questions.
