<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 7:02 p.m.

<br />A. Consider approving Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Workshop Meeting of City Council held
<br />on November 14,2005.

<br />B. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance authorizing the execution by the City
<br />of La Porte of an Industrial District Agreement with Akzo Nobel Polymer Chemicals Inc. and an
<br />ordinance authorizing the execution by the City of La Porte of an Industrial Agreement with Albemarle
<br />Catalysts Company, LP.

<br />C. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance to vacate, abandon, and close the
<br />alleys in Blocks 1218 and 1255, Harris County, Town of La Porte.

<br />D. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to sign
<br />sub-recipient agreements to receive grant funds from the Governor's Division of Emergency
<br />Management.
<br />
<br />E. Council to consider approval or other action authorizing the expenditure ofDASI 05 grant funds in the
<br />amount of$471,494.41 to Motorola for purchase of800 MHz Radio System.
