Council to consider approval or other action regarding awarding bid for replacement vehicles for Emergency Vehicle for Item 5 to Philpott Ford in the amount of $22,994. I. Council to consider approval or other action regarding a resolution amending authorized representatives responsible for investment funds. J. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance authorizing the $2,625,000 Public Property Finance Contractual Obligation, Series 2006 with Wachovia Bank. K. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance authorizing amending the zoning permit fee and commercial solid waste fee. L. Council to consider approval or other action regarding utilization of interlocal agreement and expenditure of computer funds through State of Texas Department oflnformation Resources. M. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance ratifying the reappointment of Mr. Pfeiffer by Harris County. Items H, I, K, L, and J were pulled for discussion. Item G agenda request was corrected to read as follows: G. Action Required by Council- Award bid for Item 1 to Philpott Ford, item 2 to Columbus Country Ford and items 3 and 4 to Caldwell Country. Motion was made by Council member Rigby to approve the consent agenda as presented with the correction to item G. Second by Council member Moser. Motion carried. Ayes: Mosteit, Engelken, Moser, Beasley, Ebow, Rigby, Clausen and Mayor Porter. Nays: None Abstain: None 6. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND CITIZENS AND TAX PAYERS WISHING TO ADDRESS COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM POSTED ON THE AGENDA. Barbara Norwine - 202 South Lobit - Ms. Norwine addressed the City Council with regards to concerns with City Ordinances. Attached hereto is a copy of the letter she read to Council and sent to the Editor of the Bayshore Sun. 7. Public Hearing - Discuss recommendation for approval by Planning & Zoning to approve Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU 05-007 for a 65 acre tract out of +/- 207 acres of land located along Old Underwood Road south of state highway 225 and Union Pacific Railroad. Open Public Hearing - Mayor Porter opened the Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. Review by Staff - Director of Planning and Community Development Wayne Sabo provided an overview. Public Input - None
