PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND CITIZENS AND TAX PAYERS WISHING <br />TO ADDRESS COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM POSTED ON THE AGENDA. <br /> <br />There were no citizens wishing to address Council. <br /> <br />7. Second by Council member Ebow. Council to consider approval or other action regarding ordinance 99-1387 -C and/or provide staff with direction. <br /> <br />Building Official Debbie Wilmore presented summary and recommendation and answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins read: ORDINANCE 99-1387-C -AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 34, "ENVIRONMENT," ARTICLE V "JUNKED MOTOR VEHICLES," AND SECTION 34-171 <br />"NOTICE TO STATE DOT OF REMOVAL, TITLE CANCELLATION; PROVIDING A REPEALING <br />CLAUSE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS <br />LAW; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING THAT ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE <br />TERMS OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON <br />
