Councilmember Rigby had a question regarding the price of <br />other vendors in comparison to the exclusive contract between Laserfiche and MuniCode. Assistant City Manager John Joerns provided council with an overview of a proposed development <br />agreement by and between the Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of La Porte, Texas and La Porte <br />Redevelopment Authority and the City of La Porte, Texas for the design and construction of the Southeast <br />Sanitary Sewer Trunk Main and Lift Station Facilities. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to move forward. <br /> <br />D. Assistant City Manager John Joerns provided council with an overview of a proposed utility extension <br />agreement by and between the Reinvestment Zone Number One City of La Porte, Texas and La Porte <br />Redevelopment Authority and the City of La Porte, Texas, and 65 La Porte, LTD., A Texas Limited <br />Liability Partnership. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to move forward. <br /> <br />E. Council received a report from Assistant City Manager Cynthia Alexander and Assistant Finance Director <br />Michael Dolby on GABS-45 other Post Employment Benefits. <br /> <br />F. Council received a report from Assistant City Manager John Joerns on Foreign Trade Zone. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to move forward with further research and policy development. <br /> <br />12.
