<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 6: 17 p.m.
<br />
<br />Members of City Council Present: Mayor Alton Porter, Council members Tommy Moser,
<br />Mike Clausen, Mike Mosteit, Louis Rigby, Barry Beasley, Howard Ebow, Peter Griffiths

<br />C. Council to consider approval or other action authorizing the Interim City Manager to
