Consider approving Minutes of the Regular Meeting, Public Hearing and Workshop <br />Meeting of La Porte City Council held on October 23,2006. <br /> <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action accepting grant award from Fireman's <br />Fund Heritage Program for fire equipment. <br /> <br />C. Council to consider approval or other action authorizing the Interim City Manager to <br />execute a contract with Environmental Improvements for the replacement of <br />
