CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Members of City Council Present: Mayor Alton Porter, Council members Tommy Moser, <br />Peter Griffiths, Mike Clausen, Mike Mosteit, Louis Rigby, Howard Ebow, and Chuck <br />Engelken. PRESENT A TrONS I PROCLAMATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Porter presented a proclamation to Debbie Rhin-Harvey. <br /> <br />5. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />A. Consider approving Minutes of the Special Called Meeting, Public Hearing and <br />Workshop Meeting of La Porte City Council held on November 6, 2006. <br /> <br />B. Council to consider approval or other action regarding award of a mobile <br />performance platform to Century Industries, Inc. for its TXMAS bid in the amount <br />of$52,161.00 using $50, 000.00 from the account set up for its purchase, and the <br />remaining $2,161.00 from 015 contingency funds. <br />
