Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance amending <br />Chapter 14, "Animals", Article 1, "In General", of the Code of Ordinances ofthe <br />City requiring the owner or custodian of an animal to dispose of animal excreta <br />deposited on public property or private property not under control. <br /> <br />J. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance (2006-2918-B) <br />amending Fiscal Year 2006-07 Budget. <br /> <br />Items B, D, E, G, H, I, and J were pulled for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Council member Moser to approve the consent agenda items as <br />presented. Second by Council member Ebow. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Rigby commented on item I, he did not feel ordinances should be adopted if <br />they were not going to be completely enforced and he was not convinced that item I <br />would be totally enforced. <br /> <br />Councilman Engelken requested Staff notify citizens of items H and I by all <br />communicating measures within the city. <br /> <br />Ayes: Mosteit, Moser, Engelken, Ebow, Clausen, Rigby, and Porter. <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None. <br /> <br />6.
