Council to consider approval or other action for awarding bid # 07028 for the La <br />Porte Community Library roof repair to MCT Sheet Metal, Inc. in the amount of <br />$24,543.00 and authorize an additional $1,227 for contingency. <br /> <br />F. Council to consider approval or other action regarding two ordinances Ord. 3033 <br />and IDA-84 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Industrial District <br />Agreement with FR/CAL INTERPORT, LLC. and an ordinance authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute a Water Service Agreement with FR/CAL INTERPORT, LLC. <br /> <br />G. Council to consider approval or other action authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute a contract with D& W Contractors, Inc. for the replacement of Old Orchard <br />Road in the amount of $499,990 and authorize an additional $25,000.00 (5%) for <br />contingency. <br /> <br />H. Council to consider approval or other action regarding an ordinance 3024-A <br />amending the fiscal year 2007-2008 Budget for the general fund for $32,204.00 for <br />building demolition. <br /> <br />I. Consider approval or other action approving changes to the City of La Porte's and <br />the La Porte Area Water Authority's Drought Contingency Plans. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Rigby suggested item C be pulled and not voted on until after comments <br />could be heard during public portion of the meeting. <br /> <br />Items B, E and F were pulled for discussion. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Beaslev to table item D due to not receiving <br />check. until the October 22. 2007. Council Meeting.
