<br />1. CALL TO ORDER

<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Porter at 6:00 p.m.
<br />

<br />3. Mayor Porter led the Pledge of Allegiance.

<br />4. PRESENT A TIONSI PROCLAMATIONS
<br />
<br />A. Mayor Porter presented a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence for
<br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. Finance Director Michael Dolby and
<br />Controller Phyllis Rinehart were present to receive the award.
<br />
<br />B. Mayor Porter presented Proclamation to Troop 930 and Pack 930.
