5. CONSENT AGENDA A. Consider approving Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Workshop Meeting of the La Porte City Council held on January 14, 2007. B. Council to consider approval or other action of an Ordinance approving and authorizing a project cooperation Agreement between the City of La Porte and the Texas General Land Office to provide construction, construction monitoring, and administrative services for the Sylvan Beach Shoreline Protection and Beach Nourishment Project according to the terms of the agreement provided. (Ord. 3061 ). C. Council to consider approval or other action of an Ordinance amending Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Budget (Ord. 2007-3024- E). D. Council to consider approval or other action of an Ordinance calling for the Regular Annual Election of the City of La Porte to be held on May 10, 2008, and calling for a Run-Off Election, if necessary. (Ord. 3062). E. Council to consider approval or other action of Approving Ordinances 2007 -IDA- 83, 2007-IDA-84, 2007-IDA-91, 2007-IDA-94 and 2007-IDA-101. Motion was made bv Councilmember EnQelken to approve consent aQenda as presented. Second by Councilmember Malone. The motion carried. Ayes: Mayor Porter, Rigby, Mosteit, Moser, Beasley, Engelken, Ebow, and Malone. Abstain: None Absent: Clausen Councilmember Moser requested staff to consider placing budget adjustments after the action item has been voted on. Council had questions on items Band C. 6. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, COMMUNICATIONS, AND CITIZENS AND TAX PAYERS WISHING TO ADDRESS COUNCIL ON ANY ITEM POSTED ON THE AGENDA. There were no citizens wishing to address Council. 7. Council to consider approval or other action to convey lots held in trust by the City of La Porte to Habitat for Humanity to construct affordable housing.
