Mayor Beasley suggested that Henry Newsom be added to the Complete <br />Count Committee. <br /> <br />Planning Director Tim Tietjens suggested the following as ex-officio members of the <br />Complete Count Committee: David Stall (Shoreacres), Ken Bays (Morgan's Point). <br /> <br />Councilmember John Black suggested Rebecca Jones Jurtshuk to position 5 of the Main <br />Street Advisory Board replacing Jerry Carpenter. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Georgia Malone read ordinance 3160, AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING <br />MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES, OF THE CITY <br />OF LA PORTE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; CONTAINING A REPEALING <br />CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND <br />PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilmember Moser to approve Ordinance 3160 as presented by <br />Mr. Beasley adding the positions as noted above. A second was made by Councilmember <br />Black.
