<br />The total cost increase for both change orders would be $84,000 with <br />the City*s share being $45,600 and the CEPRA share being $38,400. <br />Because the $84,000 would exceed the current Project Cooperation <br />Agreement (PCA) budget, the GLO would immediately process a PCA <br />amendment to address the budget increase with the cost-share apportioned <br />as outlined above. <br /> <br />Please let me know as soon as possible if the City concurs with this <br />proposed cost-share plan. We currently have URS and our Construction <br />Services Division preparing preliminary documents in anticipation of <br />these change orders. <br />Thanks, <br />
