Proiect Manaaement- Project Management for the project will consist of the <br />attendance of progress meeting if requested, the oversight of the testing, review <br />and issuing of the reports of the test results. <br /> <br />Project Fees: <br /> <br />Our estimated total budget to perform the testing is $58.057.00. A breakdown of <br />this budget is attached. This cost estimate is based in the project plans and <br />specifications. PSI's total fees would be determined by the actual amount of technical <br />time expended for this project and the amount of laboratory testing performed, but is not <br />antidpated to exceed this cost. Please note that this is only a budget estimate and not a <br />not-to-exceed price. Many factors beyond our control, such as weather and the <br />contractor's schedule, will dictate the final fee for our services. We will not exceed our <br />estimated budget amount unless authorized. Copies of the PSI Schedule of Services <br />and Fees, Construction Materials Estimate, and General Conditions are attached and <br />incorporated into this proposal. <br /> <br />To serve as authorization to proceed please sign below and return one (1) copy of this <br />proposal intact. PSI cannot issue reports until a signed copy of the proposal or alternate <br />form of contract is received. <br /> <br />In addition, we would appreciate it if you would complete and return the attached Project <br />Data Sheet so that we can set up your project file. <br /> <br />l"~;l <br />~.... . <br />
