Discuss amendments to Chapter 70, "Traffic and Vehicles" of the Code of Ordinances <br />and provide staff with direction - K. Adcox <br /> <br />Chief Ken Adcox discussed amendments to Chapter 70, "Traffic and Vehicles" of the <br />Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />Council directed staff to move forward with the proposed changes to the ordinance, <br />with an addition of verifying proof before releasing the vehicle. <br /> <br />13.
