Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins read Resolution 2010-24 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC RESALE OF PROPERTY (LOT 11 BLOCK 1 OAKHURST ADDITION) ACQUIRED THROUGH TAX FORECLOSURE BY THE CONSTABLE OF HARRIS COUNTY Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins read Resolution 2010-25 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC RESALE OF PROPERTY (TR 20 BLOCK 10 SYLVAN BEACH) ACQUIRED THROUGH TAX FORECLOSURE BY THE CONSTABLE OF HARRIS COUNTY Motion was made by Councilmember Enqelken to approve Resolutions 24 and 25 as presented by Ms. Powell. A second by Councilmember Clausen. Motion carried. Ayes: Engelken, Martin, Moser, Zemanek, Clausen, Black, Mosteit and Mayor Rigby Nays: None Abstain: None Absent: Leonard 17. Consider approval or other action regarding an Ordinance approving the First Amended and Restated Service and Assessment Plan for the City of La Porte Lakes at Fairmont Greens Public Improvement District - (Ord. 3275) - J. Joerns Assistant City Manager John Joerns presented summary and recommendation and answered Councils' questions. Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins read Ordinance 3275 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF LA PORTE, TEXAS APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED SERVICE AND ASSESSMENT PLAN FOR THE CITY OF LA PORTE LAKES AT FAIRMONT GREENS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; CONTAINING A REPEALING CLAUSE; CONTAINING AN OPEN MEETINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Motion was made by Councilmember Black to approve Ordinance 3275 as presented by Mr. Joerns. A second by Councilmember Mosteit. Motion carried.
