Wilmore Chief Building Official Debbie Wilmore discussed mowing regulations. Council directed staff to move forward with amendments to mowing regulations. Councilmember Zemanek requested Finance Director Michael Dolby to confirm any outstanding mowing fees of Harris County Flood Control District. B. Discuss appointments to City Boards and Commissions - Mayor Rigby Mayor Rigby discussed appointments to City Boards and Commissions. Mayor Rigby directed Assistant City Secretary Sharon Harris to forward applications to Council to review for possible consideration at the next Council Meeting. 19. Close Workshop Meeting and Open Regular Meeting Mayor Rigby closed Workshop Meeting and reconvened Regular Meeting at 8:01 p.m. 20. Receive Report from Fiscal Affairs Committee - Committee Member Chuck Engelken Chairman Engelken provided a report from the Fiscal Affairs Committee Meeting. Chairman Engelken also reported there would be a posting for a Fiscal Affairs Committee Meeting to be held on September 20, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. and possibly reconvening on September 21, 2010 also at 5:00 p.m. 21. Receive Monthly Drainage Report from Staff - T. Tietjens Planning Director Tim Tietjens provided the monthly Drainage Report. Councilman Mosteit requested Mr. Tietjens to contact Harris County Flood Control District and Precinct 2 to add cleaning and re-setting of culverts in the Lomax area to the project list. 22.
