She stated that 536 <br /> Bayshore, 2820 D Street, and 323 N. 10 have been removed from the list as these properties are <br /> being addressed following contact with the owners. <br /> Phillip Hoot — 927 Seabreeze La Porte, TX., addressed City Council and cautioned City Staff to <br /> make sure the buildings could be entered legally. <br /> Greg Lewis — 1307 E.
