Presentation and discussion of presentation and possible action to provide staff with direction regarding <br />potential improvements at Pecan Park. [Ray Mayo, Director of Public Works] <br />Councilperson Garza moved to amend by adding as a preferred option after Pecan trees: the amendment was <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Martin: the motion was adopted. 8-0. <br />The main motion. as amended, was adopted, 8-0. <br />8. REPORTS <br />a. Receive report on the La Porte Development Corporation Board meeting. [Councilperson Chuck Engelken] <br />Councilperson Engelken relayed that the Board had approved two enhancement grant reimbursements, two other <br />enhancement grant applications, made an initial payment to the Campise project on Main Street, and approved the <br />proposed budget for FY21-22. <br />9.
