Approve the issuance of an amended pipeline permit to HSC Pipeline Partnership, LLC <br />(HSC) to install approximately 7,317 feet of an 8-inch ethylene pipeline within the City of La <br />Porte. [Teresa Evans, Director of Planning] <br />Mayor Pro Tern Engelken moved to approve the consent agenda; the motion was seconded by <br />Councilperson Bentley: the motion was adopted. 9-0. <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />a. The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the recommendation of <br />the Dangerous Buildings Inspections Board for condemnation of dangerous/substandard <br />structures located at 914 S. Broadway St., La Porte, Texas, and 9306 Carlow Ln., La Porte, <br />Texas. [Richard Glass, Chief Building Official] <br />Mayor Rigby opened the public hearing at_6:20 p.m. Teresa Evans, Director of Planning and <br />Development, provided an update and noted that staff was requesting that 914 S. Broadway Street <br />be removed from consideration. There were no speakers for the hearing. Mayor Rigby closed the <br />public hearing at 6:23 p.m. <br />b. Discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2022-3906 ordering the condemnation <br />of dangerous/substandard structures located at 914 S.
