[Councilperson Martin] <br />Councilperson Martin said the committee met to receive updates on drainage and flood prevention <br />projects, reviewed modifications to a proposed revised fill dirt ordinance, and set the next meeting <br />for June 12 <br />8. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />• Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, May 18 <br />• City Council meeting, May 22 <br />The City Manager invited the Council to attend Thursday's Public Service Employee Lunch at Pecan <br />Park, <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENT Hear announcements concerning matters appearing on the agenda; items <br />of community interest; and/or inquiries of staff regarding specific factual information or existing <br />policy from the Mayor, Councilpersons, and City staff, for which no formal action will be <br />discussed or taken. <br />The Council congratulated the City Secretary's Office, re-elected Councilpersons McCaulley, Williams, <br />and McLarrin, newly appointed City Attorney Clark Askins, and newly appointed Police Chief Doug <br />Ditrich; and commended the Chamber for a well -attended Sylvan Beach Festival. <br />Lee Woodward, City Secretary <br />I� <br />
