[Ray Mayo, Director of Public Works] Mayor Pro Tern Engelken moved to approve items a. b and a -he the motion was seconded by Councilperson Helton. Without objection, the motion was restated as beingfor or approval of items a and d-h and was adopted, 8-0. (Mayor Pro Tem Engelken filed a conflict of interest affidavit for items c and d but left the room at this time and was not present for the discussion or vote on items b-d.) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to award a community fence grant not to exceed $36,700.00 to the Retreat at Bay Forest North HOA and a community fence grant not to exceed $16,400.00 to Anthony Langston and Suzanne Skie-Azizi for the benefit of Oyster Bay Subdivision, and authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements associated with this project. [Matt Daeumer, Assistant City Manager] (Councilperson McCaulley signed a conflict of interest affidavit before the meeting and did not participate in the discussion or vote on the item for The Retreat.) _Without obiection, the Council agreed to consider the projects separately.
