[Mayor Pro Tem Engelken] <br />Mayor Pro Tem Engelken said the Committee met and received favorable quarterly <br />purchasing card expenditure and investment reports. <br />b. Receive report of the La Porte Development Corporation Board of Directors. <br />[Councilperson Engelken] <br />Mayor Pro Tem Engelken said the Board met, held a public hearing for six CIP projects, <br />chose not to sign a contract for strategic planning (will be conducted in-house), selected <br />a date for budget planning, and planned to hold its next meeting February 26. <br />9.
