<br />2005 Comprehensive Plan Review Committee <br />Minutes of July 18, 2005 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />>- Re-writing of multi-family regulations. <br />· Wayne Sabo will provide layered demographics map soon. <br />· Comprehensive Plan maps will be updated to reflect current boundaries. <br />· Deannexation of northern land was mentioned briefly. <br /> <br />4. REVIEW CHAPTERS 7-13 <br /> <br />Review of these chapters is underway and will be presented at the next meeting. Staff is still working <br />on chapters 8, 9, 10, and 12. LPISD map will be added. Existing Truck Route Map was made <br />available for review and further discussion will be held at the next meeting. <br /> <br />5. DISCUSSION AND INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Weems' proposed condominium/ hotel project was mentioned to bring about discussion on the <br />specific direction the city will be taking in new development. Committee discussed dates for <br />upcoming meetings. The next meeting will be August 1st at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room B. <br />Committee will review summary of all chapters of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />6. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Chairperson Waters adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p.m. <br />
