<br />The Culverts Mr. Don Davis spoke on at the last meeting has been reviewed. The County <br />has determined that the culvers in question did not impede flow and that their removal <br />would not improve drainage from the detention pond. The County will not be taking action <br />on this request. <br /> <br />Advised Mr. Randolph his presence was needed at this meeting and he is present. <br /> <br />6. Set date for next meeting <br /> <br />The Drainage and Flooding Committee set the next meeting date for June 24, at 5:00 p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />7. Committee Comments <br /> <br />A. Matters appearing on agenda <br /> <br />B. Inquiry of staff requiring a statement of specific factual information or a recitation of <br />existing policy. <br /> <br />Committee members Chuck Engelken and Mike Clausen brought items to the table. <br />Chairman Mosteit requested a cost analysis for drainage repairs. Noted the numbers <br />would be helpful in the upcoming budget process. <br /> <br />City Manager Ron Bottoms advised this has been done and the information would be <br />forwarded to the committee. <br /> <br />8.
