Chair Martin <br /> asked if the apartments to be built east of the airport would create any additional concerns. Mr. <br /> Wingate said the development would be required to have detention and the property would have <br /> to meet Harris County standards. Member Engelken recalled the City had conducted a land swap <br /> with Pasadena several years ago, on which a 100-acre detention pond would be developed. Mr. <br /> Wingate said Pasadena had received several million dollars in funding and wanted to relocate the <br /> drainage to the Red Bluff area. The City Manager said staff would bring an update on the <br /> agreement. Member Engelken said he would also set up a meeting with Mr. Black of HCFCD. <br /> Member Engelken also expressed concern as to whether additional issues would result with the <br /> Fairmont Parkway expansion. <br /> 4.
