The scope of the survey will be defined in Phase <br />2 — Drainage and flooding problem detailing. Until that scope is determined, the fee for that task <br />is not set. <br />However, we estimate that the field survey costs will not exceed $20,000.00, and we recommend <br />that funds be initially set aside for this amount. This amount is included in the contract amount, <br />and it will not be authorized until written approval for the survey is provided by the City. <br />sr.HFnr1i.F <br />Upon receiving notice to proceed, the pre -final submittal will be completed to present to the City <br />in accordance with the time schedules are listed in this scope of work. See Tasks 1.7, 2.3, 4.4, <br />4.5 and 5.1. The schedules listed are consistent with the original City request. <br />
