<br />FIRE CODE REVISION -Article 2 -Division 3 -Section 2.16 -Subsection (a) <br />Motion was made y Jerry Hodge to accept the revision with the following <br />addition of the word "fire" in subsection (a). <br />(a) Zl~e fire prevention division shall inspect, as often as necessary, <br />all buildings and premises, including such other hazards or appliances, <br />as the fire marshal may designate for the purpose of ascertaining and <br />causing to be corrected any conditions which would reasonably tend to <br />cause fire or contribute to its spread, or any violation of the purpose <br />or provisions of this code and of any state law or standard affecting fire <br />and life safety. <br />Notion seconded: Wilson Dogger <br />Notion approved by a vote of: <br />Ayes: All For <br />Nays: None <br />FIRE CODE REVISION -Article 3 -Division 5 -Section 3.11 Subsection (c) <br />ter 'scussion by the coamittee, Jerry Hodge made a motion to delete <br />Subsection (c) <br />Notion seconded: Carlos Smith <br />Motion failed by a vote of: <br />Ayes: 3 <br />Nays: 7 <br />Motion to table this revision was made by :Delbert Walker <br />Notion seconded: Carlos Smith <br />Notion approved by a wte of: <br />Ayes: All For <br />Nays: None <br />No formal action was taken on Article 3 -Division 5 -Section 3.11. <br />ADJOURI~VT : The meeting was adjourned by the Chairman, Jack Owen. <br />.~ P <br />1 <br />Paul R.
