• (a) All vehicles transporting flammable and/or c~tible products operating within the City lunits of La Porte shall be in complaince with all regulations in this article and all DOT regulations, whichever is more stringent. All vehicles transporting flammmable and/or combustible products shall not be operated without a valid permit. L.P. gas trucks shall be considered to be in complaince with this section while possessing a valid "Form 4 Card" issued ceder the rules of Docket 1 of the L.P, gas division of the Texas Railroad Commission. (b) All vehicles transporting flammable and/or combustible products shall have conspicuous placard signs as per DOT regulations regarding color, size and placement of signs on vehicles. (c) The responsible company or owning company name or corporate symbol to be permanently displayed on each vehicle. (d) All vehicles transporting flammable and/or combustible products shall not be operated unless they are in proper repair. Truck Routes a A vehic es transporting flammable and/or combustible products shall follow the preset truck routes as prescribed in Article 5 of the City of La Porte Code or Ordinances and shall deviate from these routes only to make deliveries.
