The meeting was called to order <br />2. The minutes of the May 20 meeting were read. <br />Motion by Delbert :calker to approve minutes as read. <br />Second by Robert Byars. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />3. REVIETnI FIRE CODE <br />ARTICLE 31 SPECIAL OCCUPANCIES <br />DIVISION 4 GROUP DAY CARE HOMES <br />ARTICLE 31 SPECIAL GROUP OCCUPANCIES <br />DIVISION 5 FAMILY CHILD DA`I CARE HOMES <br />Motion was made by Joe Sease, seconded by Delbert Walker to <br />delete these two divisions. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: All <br />Nays: None <br />ARTICLE 31 SPECIAL OCCUPANCIES_ <br />DIVISION 6 FOSTER HOMES <br />SEC. 31.59 Exit Details <br />(A) Number Types and Access to Exits <br />(1) In a one- or two-family dwelling or building <br />of unprotected wood frame construction used for foster <br />home purposes, every room used for sleeping, living, or <br />dining purposes shall have at least two means of egress, <br />at least one of which shall be a door or stairway pro- <br />viding a means of unobstructed travel to the outside of <br />the building at street or ground level. No room or space <br />shall be occupied for living or sleeping purposes which <br />is accessible only by a ladder, folding stairs or through <br />a trap door. <br />
