The meeting was called to order 2. The minutes of the May 20 meeting were read. Motion by Delbert :calker to approve minutes as read. Second by Robert Byars. The motion carried. Ayes: All Nays: None 3. REVIETnI FIRE CODE ARTICLE 31 SPECIAL OCCUPANCIES DIVISION 4 GROUP DAY CARE HOMES ARTICLE 31 SPECIAL GROUP OCCUPANCIES DIVISION 5 FAMILY CHILD DA`I CARE HOMES Motion was made by Joe Sease, seconded by Delbert Walker to delete these two divisions. The motion carried. Ayes: All Nays: None ARTICLE 31 SPECIAL OCCUPANCIES_ DIVISION 6 FOSTER HOMES SEC. 31.59 Exit Details (A) Number Types and Access to Exits (1) In a one- or two-family dwelling or building of unprotected wood frame construction used for foster home purposes, every room used for sleeping, living, or dining purposes shall have at least two means of egress, at least one of which shall be a door or stairway pro- viding a means of unobstructed travel to the outside of the building at street or ground level. No room or space shall be occupied for living or sleeping purposes which is accessible only by a ladder, folding stairs or through a trap door.
