Receive and review First Quarter (FY 2010) Purchasing Card Expenditure <br /> <br />Finance Director Michael Dolby provided an overview of the First Quarter (FY 2010) <br />Purchasing Card Expenditure. <br /> <br />A purchase made in the Code Enforcement Division at Fisher's Hardware needs a better <br />description on the type of supplies purchased. <br /> <br />Why was a purchase in the Police Department for scales calibration billed in two transactions? <br /> <br />Staff will research and provide the committee with answers. <br /> <br />The committee requested staff to provide them with a report by vendor on the amount spent <br />with each vendor. <br /> <br />6 Administrative Reports <br /> <br />Finance Director Mr. Dolby informed the committee the City is looking at refunding debt and <br />issuing new debt for drainage, parks and public works improvement projects. Approximate <br />new debt to be 10-14 million dollars. <br /> <br />Mr. Dolby also informed the committee the audit will be ready to be presented in March. <br /> <br />7.
