Minutes were approved as presented. <br />ITEM N0. ~: STATUS OF GOLF COURSE: Alex reported that things was <br />getting better and better every day. Alex said there <br />were a couple of things that hadn't been done yet, but <br />these were next on the list. There is still some <br />cleaning up that needs to be done and some pipe to put <br />in. The grass is doing real well and things are coming <br />together. <br />Alex said he didn't see any problem in getting the golf <br />course open on time. He said the main thing that <br />concerned him in getting the course open was making sure <br />the bunkers were cleaned up and review the areas that <br />need some work. Another thing was making sure they <br />would be prepared for the traffic (getting them on the <br />tees/carts, etc.) <br />Things tQ be done: <br />greens and fairways - need some work done that would <br />take approximately 3 days. <br />roughs - still need cleaning up, this will take about 1 <br />week <br />• <br />bunkers - will take a little more time - approximately 3 <br />weeks on these <br />Alex said about 30-40 days would be a good time frame to <br />get these things done and the course ready for opening. <br />
