The only fuel that can be stored above <br />ground will be the diesel, other will be in underground <br />tank. <br />Joel told the Board that staff is hoping to have <br />completion of the maintenance building about the 15th of <br />August. <br />PARKING LOT AND ENTRANCE ROAD <br />The contract with Allgood is complete and has been <br />finalized. Installation of the gas line is in the <br />process now and should be complete Friday, 15th. The <br />entrance gates will be installed when the gas line is <br />completed. Cable will be installed later in the summer. <br />CLUBHOUSE <br />Joel informed the Board that there had been an <br />error/oversight on the plans for the clubhouse. The <br />drawings did not reflect the proper method of attaching <br />the trusses to the building. The staff met with the <br />architect and engineer on Tuesday and have resolved the <br />error. Completion of the clubhouse is expected around <br />the middle of August. Sitework will go to Council for <br />consideration on July 25th, with construction to start <br />around the 15th of August. <br />CONCESSIONAIRE <br />Of all the RFP's sent out for bid, there were only three <br />(3) responses. The Velvet Door, Country Club Catering <br />and Concessions Management Service. The Board was <br />concerned as to how a percentage would work, since the <br />clubhouse is small and will not accommodate a large <br />crowd. Dennis Dunham wanted to know if any of the <br />offerors were knowledgeable in the skill of handling a <br />golf course people. Joel replied that one offeror <br />• currently is the concessionaire at Clear Lake and has <br />approximately 10 years experience. <br />
