Schedule "A", was reviewed. It was stated that it will take 3 years to get changes implemented. <br />This year the changes allow to take everyone to market, next year they will look at collapsing <br />scales and the following year add additional steps for those previously discussed. Additionally, <br />as per contract, each year market will be looked at. <br />LPPOA called a caucus at 3:25 p.m. <br />Reconvene at 4:00 p.m. <br />LPPOA members presented that this year they would like to see the addition of a 15 year step <br />for Patrol (CS1) and collapsing'of Sergeant pay scale (CS2), in addition to market survey <br />changes. The following year they would like to see the additional of a 20 year step for Patrol <br />(CS1) and collapsing of the Lieutenant Scale (CS3), in addition to market survey changes. During <br />the 3`d year it would be market only, as it is in contract to review each year. <br />The City stated that the concept presented by LPPOA was okay. Mr. Alexander stated he will <br />have Mr. Dolby see how much it will impact the budget and when. The City will do calculations <br />and send to LPPOA. If there are no questions, then no further meetings will be necessary. If <br />there are questions, a meeting will be set. <br />4. SET TIME AND DATE OF NEXT MEETING <br />None set. <br />S.
