A "filling station" is any building or premises used for the dispensing., sale, or offering for sale at retail of any ,automobile fuels or oils. If the dispensing, sale, or offer- ' ing for sale is incidental to a public garage, the.premises shall • be classified as a public garage. 7-140 Garage, Private. A "private garage" is an accessory building designed or used for the storage of motor vehicles owned and used by the occupants of the building to which it is accessory. ~. 7 -141• Garage, Public . A "public garage" is a building or portion thereof, other than a private or storage garage, designed or - used for servicing, repairing, equipping, hiring, selling, or storing motor driven vehicles . 7 -142 Health Service .
