Pitman suggested t:~at the Zoning Commission consider rezoning the Navigation District Land between Broadway and Tenth Street, more specifically he ~•ras referring to La Porte Outlots 25, 26, 27, 22,23, 24, 9, 10, and 11. r1r Pitman feels that this property ought to be in some Commercial category. This subject eras discussed breifly with it being pointed out th:..t th's property had been considered before and that it had been recommended th~:.t it be honed for a Single Family Dwelling District in order to preserve it for future development. ins C.
