<br />,j <br />= -_ <br />/ ~ r. <br />® • <br />Fairmont Park Homes Association, Inc. <br />POST OFFICE BOX 1192 • LA PORTE, TEXAS 77571 <br />PHONE 471-5818 <br /> <br />June 7. 1977 <br />Zoning & Planning Commission <br />LaPorte City Council <br />Sirs: <br />I understand that my previous appearance before this <br />Commission was not reflected in the minutes along with my <br />comments regarding the proposed plat for Fairmont Park West, <br />Section 2. <br />• <br />Therefore, the following comments on the proposed plat <br />for Section 4, Fairmont Park are submitted in written form: <br />1) This Section was the subject of an Annexation Agree- <br />ment submitted to the Home Association which was rejected. <br />The Commission should be aware of the impact of this decision. <br />The City will be responsible for garbage collection, <br />enforcement of deed restrictions, and all other major services <br />provided by the Association. <br />2) The Fairmont Park swimming pool facilities will not <br />be available to Section 4 residents. <br />3) No Park Area is designated in the Section 4 plat. <br />4) The Association will not be reviewing plans for con- <br />formance with restrictions. <br />5) Access to Section 4 should be from Spencer Highway <br />not Farrington Blvd. as~this will result in excessive traffic <br />flow on Belfast and Carlow. <br />.
