SPECIAL USE SITES <br />12.01 General <br />Subdividers and developers shall provide for adequate <br />open space and recreational space in accordance with <br />• the comprehensiv e plan of the City, and pursuant to the <br />requirements of this Ordinance. <br />12.02 Dedication of Parkland required. <br />Whenever a Final Plat is filed of record with the <br />County Clerk of Harris County in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Ordinance, and whenever a development <br />site plan is submitted and filed to the approving <br />authority of the City in accordance with the provisions <br />of this Ordinance for development that contains more <br />than one residential dwelling unit, such plat or plan <br />shall contain a clear fee simple dedication of an <br />area of land to the City for park purposes, which area <br />shall equal one acre for each proposed dwelling <br />• <br />
