Comprehensive 47astewater Collection and Treatment Plan, by <br />Turner Collie and Braden, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 1983. <br />A synopsis of each plan follows: <br />STQRM4IATES DRAINAGE <br />Stormwater which falls~in the City drains eastward into Galveston <br />Bay or southward into the Armand Bayou and Taylor Lake watersheds <br />through a series of open channels managed by Harris County Flood <br />Control District (HCFCD). The Master Stormwater Drainage Plan <br />provides the vehicle by which the City can coordinate improvements <br />• to those channels with HCFCD and administer a City-wide Stormwater <br />management program. <br />In drafting the plan, the consultants identified the following <br />storm drainage problem aces in the City and proposed the following <br />solutions: <br />,. <br />~$QBLEM SOLUTION <br />A.
