Carlos Smith and submitted by Darla Kaye Wheeler, Trustee <br />for Lomax City Council approval. <br />JANUARY 12, 1979 <br />Plat review letter from Ed Adams, PE, Bayshore Engineers, Inc. to <br />Lomax Mayor and City Council.
