City Hall <br />To inform the public of these meetings we should consider the <br />following notification and publicity procedure. Several items have <br />been considered including A) the mailing of postcards with <br />date/location/event calenders, B) handbill type fact sheets tailored <br />to the specific neighborhoods should be available at the meetings. <br />C) we will ask the newspaper to work with us as always. The thoughts <br />and input of our citizens are crucial to the progress and future <br />development of La Porte. <br />ep,ur next meeting will be the third Thursday of January.
